What if i don´t like the product after the purchase?
Absolutely no problem, you can send us the product back within 30 days upon receipt if it hasn´t been damaged.
Can i pay safely on in your online-shop?
Yes you can pay with all known safe payment methods including paypal.
Where are you located?
We´re located in Aschaffenburg (near Frankfurt am Main), Germany.
Can i track my orders/shipments?
Of course we send all shipments with a tracking number so you can track your shipment.
Are your bracelets waterproof?
The LUXWIRE bracelets are 100% waterproof. No color will bleed, and the bracelets are very flexible to ensure a perfect fit. As for the OBSIDIAN bracelet, we advise against wearing it while swimming or showering, as the cotton loses its strength and the fabric can subsequently fray.

How long does shipping take?
We send you order within 24h out.
The shipment will then be delivered to Germany within 3 business days. If you live in the EU, the shipment will usually be delivered within 5 days.
